  • New showrooms to offer KTM Duke and RC series bikes, KTM Powerwear and Powerparts.
  • Kawasaki range of sports motorcycles are also available.

 

Chennai, January 22nd 2015: KTM, the European racing legend, launched its 5th and 6th new brand outlet in Chennai at two locations – Arumbakkam (KLN Automobiles Pvt.Ltd.) and Mount road, Thousand lights (Khivraj group), today. The new 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) facility with workshops at Anna nagar and Mount Road will offer customers the KTM range of racing bikes, as well as KTM Powerwear merchandise and KTM Powerparts accessories.

 

The new outlets promises to provide racing bike enthusiasts of Chennai with a pulsating experience of the four models under the KTM stable. Be it the recently launched supersports bikes RC390 and RC200 series or the highly popular naked sports bikes, 390Duke and 200Duke.

 

The two showrooms will also offer the very successful Ninja 300 and Ninja 650 along with the recently launched ER6n and Z250.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Amit Nandi, Senior Vice President – Probiking, Bajaj Auto Ltd. said “The move to open KTM stores in Chennai is aimed at catering to the growing number of racing enthusiasts in the city, providing them with the opportunity to experience the racing range of KTM bikes. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and qualified manpower, we are confident that every team member will provide customers with an unmatched experience at the showrooms.”

 

KTM: Europe’s largest motorcycle manufacturer was launched in India in early 2012 and in a short span has become India’s No.1 premium motorcycle brand. The KTM 200Duke and 390Duke have also been the most-awarded motorcycles of 2013 and 2014 respectively.

 

With more than 240 world championship titles in the various categories, including 14 consecutive wins at the Dakar rally, considered the world’s toughest race, KTM comes from a rich heritage in racing. All KTM motorcycles are considered Ready to Race i.e the most powerful yet lightweight in its class including the Duke and RC series which have been launched in India.
